Terms of service

1. Make sure to read T.O.S first, if not I have the right to immediately cancel your commission order.

2. The payment has to be sent before 24-48h after received sketch, if you have any struggle please tell me beforehand.

3. Make sure the references are clear enough to see with color (even if you want a monochrome commission), if it’s a tradional references please provide scanned version

4. I will only continue working the process when I've received the full payment.

5. I don't have destinated deadline but if you need it to be done in a certain time, please tell me beforehand so I can handle it.

6. I do not accept refunds when the commission has been done. And you will only get a 50% refund if I started on it. If I have a personal reason and cancel the commission, you will get a 100% refund.

7. I have the right to not accept the order if I'm not comfortable or if you are being incorporated.

8. I accept changes max 3 time, after that there will be extra fees. If it’s my fault on drawing the character’s feature/details wrong, changes will be free of charge.

9. By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. I have the right to post commissioned art to promote myself but I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your commission publicly. However, I will charge an extra fee for private commission: x1.5 commission price.

11. I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects.

12. The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site. Please credit and DO NOT claim it as your own or make huge edits over the commissioned piece. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please. Please ALWAYS credit if you upload/use the art piece.

13. Please ask beforehand if you wish to pay for ONE TIME commercial use. Range normally x2 or x3 original base price (example: 30$ normal price, commercial use 90$) I DO NOT accept commercial use such as merch printing/ mass production; you MAY commission me to draw merch for events (ONLY AS FREE GIFT, NO SELLING) with the price x3 of base price.

14. I won't work with AI-generated prompt art and won't accept any kind of reproduced art from me for AI/NFTs. Under any circumstances, I will cancel your commission order immediately without a refund.

CAN DO: Original characters Humanoids with animal feature | Fanart| Gore, blood | Couples / Polyamory | OC x OC / Char x Char / OC x Char

CAN'T DO: Furries/Anthro | Realistic animal | Realism or only scenery | Mechanical | Complicated armor | Photo of an in-real-life person (but I can do some cases of idol/famous people/ Just ask first!) | Draw from description (unless you are commissioning me to design a character from scratch) | Violence Redraw someone else's work
